Super Thick Hi-Tack Vinyl
Extra-thick, high-tack vinyl that grips to plastics immediately and holds through roost, fuel spill and repeated washes. Full specification provided with your quote.
Durable Laminate
UV-stable laminate protects against sun fade, roost, fuel spill and pressure washing when fitted and cured correctly.
Air-Release Adhesive
Air-release vinyl has tiny channels in the adhesive that allow trapped air to escape during installation. This helps prevent bubbles and wrinkles, making the vinyl easier to apply and giving a smoother, more professional finish.

How to Fit MX Graphics
You can fit these yourself in an afternoon. Follow these steps for a clean, bubble-free result that lasts.
1. Clean the Plastics
Remove old graphics, clean with isopropyl alcohol or a degreaser, and dry completely. Any dirt or oil will stop the vinyl bonding.
2. Warm the Decals
Lay the graphics in the sun for a few minutes or warm gently with a hairdryer. Warm vinyl is more flexible and easier to position.
3. Start from the Centre
Peel a small section of backing and tack the centre of the decal down first. Work outward from the centre to push air out.
4. Use Heat on Curves
Use a hairdryer or heat gun on low to soften the vinyl around curves and edges. Gentle heat — do not over-stretch the material.
5. Let It Cure
Leave the bike for 24 hours before riding or washing. This lets the adhesive fully bond to the plastics.
6. Avoid Edge Spraying
After curing, pressure wash is fine — just avoid holding the jet directly on decal edges at close range.
