Terms & Conditions
This page requires professionally drafted terms and conditions.Terms that govern a vehicle wrapping and signage business carry real obligations — payment terms, deposit handling, cancellation policies, warranty scope and exclusions, and liability limits all need to be written by someone who understands South African contract law.
The terms should cover, at minimum:
- Quoting and acceptance — how quotes are issued, how long they are valid, what constitutes acceptance
- Deposits and payment terms — deposit percentage, balance due before or on collection, accepted payment methods
- Booking and cancellation — how slots are booked, notice required, cancellation fees
- Vehicle condition and pre-existing paint defects — inspection on drop-off, what the wrap covers and doesn't cover
- Workmanship guarantee — what it covers, duration, exclusions, how a claim is made
- Film manufacturer warranty — terms as set by 3M, Avery Dennison, KPMF and Oracal, and how they interact with the workmanship guarantee
- Turnaround estimates — stated as estimates, not guarantees, and what happens if a job runs over
- Liability limits — for pre-existing damage, third-party components removed and refitted, loss or damage not caused by Imagine Graffix
- Online store terms — returns, refunds, shipping, if the store stays live
